Billings Pilgrim Congregational Church
United Church of Christ

Congregational Life takes many forms here at Pilgrim Church. The goal is to bring life to our congregation, while instilling the hope that each individual will participate, feel welcomed and loved in the fellowship of this church.

Here at Pilgrim Congregational there are many ways to become involved in the life of our church. Many of them are listed under activities, but here are a select few.

Visiting Angels- Members of this group make visits to our homebound and nursing home members. This lets them know that our church still cares and loves them, and are glad they are still members even if they can no longer come to church physically. It takes maybe a few hours, every month or two, and most people are paired up with another. This makes it nice incase one person is really busy, that way they homebound still get a visit.

Tape Ministry-Members of this group take the weekly services that are recorded on video and cassette tapes to our homebound residents. This is another way in which our church reaches out to members who can't make it because they are homebound.

Pilgrim's Partners-This group is comprised of both men and women. They meet the 2nd Monday of every month September-May. This group does several projects throughout the year, including ham raffles and a Mother/Daughter Banquet in May.
